With the country currently in ‘lock-down due to COVID-19 and everyone scrambling to work from home, Managed IT Service Providers have been put under significant pressure to rise to the challenge and deliver for their customers. Here at Core Team One our Helpdesk has seen a 300% rise in calls and have been dedicated to assisting our clients during and after Working Hours.
