We provide IT Support via three core services: –

User Support – Whether your device-of-choice is a Desktop, Tablet, iPad, Smartphone, iPhone, or a mixture of these; your Users need a quick and friendly IT Service Desk to fall back on in times of need. We can help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your workforce by being there when needed most.

For User Support our IT Service Desk is open from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. This is for any general day-to-day IT Support enquires about anything you think we can help with.
For Business-Critical situations we are available 24/7. This is for serious problems that pose a significant risk to your business operation. Examples would be Service Outages, critical Server failure and help with recovery from Power Cuts etc

Hardware Support – CTO recommend all business-critical hardware purchased is covered by the extended support services from the vendor, for example Dell ProSupport, to allow speedy resolution of hardware faults and advanced replacement, if required.

When devices fail, CTO will handle the resolution with the manufacturer and any site visits or technical time spent is covered under our support service.
Where relevant, CTO will provide suitable loan equipment to aid business continuity throughout a fault.

Managed Services – User & Hardware Support are reactive services. CTO’s Managed Services work to reduce the need for support by proactively monitoring, managing, and maintaining your entire network and technology assets, to keep them safe and optimised, so you stay productive. To do this, we leverage the CTO Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) to manage and protect your business. Our RMM delivers premier monitoring and management services of your technology assets, delivering better service and greatly reducing any potential for downtime or disruptions to your operations. This enables you to spend more time focused on what matters most in running your business.
