John Rider

Operations Director

Co-founder of Core Team One and the driving force behind the business. Skilled operations professional with significant levels of technical expertise in all areas of Information Technology mixed with a strong dose of commercial acumen. John is an expert in Network and Disaster Recovery Solutions, IT Security, as well as managing and delivering projects. Customer service runs through his veins.

Michael Holroyd

Technical Director

Technical expert and deployment specialist, highly skilled in IT Infrastructure, Virtualisation, IT Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery and all things Microsoft Teams. Also possesses great skills in Windows Server 2012/16/19, VMWare and Hyper-V Virtualisation, Veeam Backup Solutions along with the Fortinet Security Fabric.

Harry Barnes

Technical A/c Manager

Dynamic young Account Manager who also has valuable technical skills at his fingertips. Harry builds strong relationships with his customers through regular contact and excellent levels of customer service. Harry is a good technical all-rounder which enables him to recommend technically sound, commercially attractive solutions to our clients. Strong skillset in mobile devices including Android and Apple.

Co-founder of Core Team One and former Owner of Ancar B Technologies, which was acquired in 2016. Well-connected and vastly experienced MD, who provides strategic commercial insight, but who is equally at ease working in the business on a day- to-day basis. Excellent ambassador for the business as it grows year-on-year.

Sharon Beddoes

Finance Director

Finance Director at CTO and former Customer Services Director at Ancar B Technologies. Sharon has previously held senior roles at Baron Corporate Systems and TSG and brings a wealth of experience as well as fiscal management skills. Extensive knowledge of Tetra, Sage and Xero accounting solutions.

Michael Hainsworth

Vastly experienced technical consultant who deals with calls in an efficient and friendly manner. Mike has provided IT Support to organisations in the Private Sector and Public Sector for years and can deal with Users whether they be C-Level or Apprentice. Genuinely nice person that everyone likes and possesses a wicked sense of humour. Excellent multi-tasker.

Craig Sears

Craig is the face of CTO and interacts with customers at all levels on a day-to-day basis. He possesses excellent knowledge and skills in all facets of IT including, but not limited to, Network Administration, User Management, Microsoft 365, IT Security, Backup and Business Continuity. Craig is the go-to person for expert technical advice on IT at the component level.

Liam Wain

Liam joined the CTO fold in August 2021 as a known quantity with whom we had worked previously for over 8 years. He has extensive knowledge of IT Networking and Microsoft 365, which when combined with his warm and friendly personality makes him a perfect addition to the team. Liam has an excellent telephone manner and a ‘can-do’ attitude which is vital in dealing with our valued clients.

Faye joined the team in 2022 to help develop our customer experience.  She has a wealth of knowledge in customer care in various sectors, and will fold those skills into the wider team.  She is also an efficient coordinator, and will help to ensure our customers issues and problems are handled swiftly and effectively.
