Two IT Resolutions that should be at the top of your list are:
Resolution #1
Upgrade or Replace your Windows 7 Pro PCs – after 14th January 2020 Windows 7 will be end of life. This doesn’t mean devices running Windows 7 will stop working. But it does mean that Microsoft will stop offering support for this operating system on January 14, 2020, including security patches or customer support. As a result, PCs running Windows 7 could be deemed a security risk.
Resolution #2
Secure your Office 365 deployment – many companies do not realise that their Office 365 email system is open to abuse by phishers and spammers, because they have not applied the correct security settings to comply with DMARC, SPF and DKIM standards. Consequently, receivers of email cannot reliably separate and block emails that mimic your domain. This needs to be acted upon to avoid potential identity theft and financial loss.
