What is your role and when did you start working at CTO?
Josh is one of our Technical Specialists, he ensures all the tickets are dealt with in a timely manner. He helps our customers understand what the problem is and the step he has taken to resolve their issues.
Josh started working at CTO about a year and 2 months ago.
If you had to describe yourself in 3 words what would they be?
Chirpy, Friendly, Charismatic
What inspired a career path in technology?
He’s always been a goon at heart and feel like IT is the future and he wants to futureproof himself.
What hobbies/interest do you enjoy outside of work?
He likes to find good deals for short breaks away in other countries and have a pint in the sun.
What’s on your bucket list? Any goals or dreams you’d like to share?
He would love to visit ancient sites like the pyramids and explore cities around the world. He is sick of Yorkshire!
If you were to win 1 million pounds what would be the first thing you would do?
Buy a house and a nice car to go on the drive. Ideally a massive house with a man cave and an RS5 on the drive.
What do you like most about your job at CTO?
Helping people in need. Before working at CTO Josh worked in outbound sales. He said “contacting people made me feel a little bit of a nuisance so for people to contact me for help as they need me makes me feel appreciated”.
If you could only watch 1 film for the rest of your life. What would you watch?
Back to the future! It is and always will be his favourite movie.
Josh is a well liked member of the team with his little quirks and funny ways, he’s a nice person to be around and adds fun to the office.
