Problem
Having acquired new premises, Abaris contacted us to ask how quickly we were able to install secure WAN, Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure for their office and warehouse.
A quick and smooth set up was crucial to the functionality of the business, as they needed to move in as soon as possible. Timing was imperative.
Implementation
CTO got to work straight away and presented them with a fast and efficient solution to provide uncontended ethernet connectivity with a next-generation firewall at the perimeter, repairs to the internal structured cabling, and full mesh Wi-Fi throughout.
Despite BT/Openreach strikes during the installation window, and some damage to the internal wiring by previous occupiers, CTO successfully navigated around those issues by applying special measures for weekend work and onsite attendance to 3rd party installers.
The job was fully project managed from start to finish. It took a total of 29 days from the first enquiry to project completion.
